We ordered a printhead for our Epson R2000 machine in March of this year, 2022. The person I was speaking with, Sukkup Muhammad Lansar, told me to wire the money for the printhead. My bank said that the information Sukkup gave to me was different from what they show listed on his account. When I informed Sukkup of this issue, he told me to ignore what my bank said, and to send the money, all would be fine. Well, it was not fine. Once I sent the money to him he stopped responding to my messages, and you guessed it, my printhead never arrived. TOTAL SCAM. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, THERE ARE MUCH MORE RELIABLE VENDORS ON WEBSITES SUCH AS eBAY, AND IF YOU BUY THERE YOUR PURCHASE IS PROTECTED.
